About Our Team
Tim has been Partner of The Corporate Learning Institute for over 20 years. He is a consultant, leadership and team coach, and facilitator. Tim specializes in team and leadership development, change management consulting, training and development, team and individual coaching and facilitation interventions. He uses team assessments and 360° feedback surveys to help teams and leaders improve their overall performance and results.
Tim received his Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University; his dissertation focused on team effectiveness. He holds a Master of Science in Management & Organizational Behavior, with a focus in organizational development and a Bachelor of Science – both from Benedictine University.
Tim is an adjunct professor for Elmhurst College in the Industrial/ Organizational Psychology Program and for Argosy University, Chicago in the Psychology Program. He also taught for Benedictine University, Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Dominican University, Keller Graduate School, and College of Du Page Business and Professional Institute.
DR. MARTIN GROSS : ASSESSMENT DEVELOPER
Martin is the Owner & Operator of Onlineworksolutions.com. Since May 2001, he and his team design, program, host and administrate secure web-sites that conduct a variety of assessment survey instruments for Organization Development companies and consultants.
Prior to owning his own business, for 5 years, Martin managed and automated data processing and statistical analysis for a market research firm in his hometown of Frederick MD.
Martin has a Ph.D. in Economics from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and a B.A. in Economics from University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
