Progress Report Package –
$299 per team

The Progress Report Package is perfect for teams that want a clear measure of their performance improvement. First the team takes a Team Essentials Complete to use as a baseline measure. The team next develops a plan with goals and objectives for improvement. At the mid-point of the plan the team completes a 360˚ Express Progress Check to provide feedback on the team’s progress. At the end of the plan the team takes another Team Essentials Complete and a comparison report is provided showing gains and gaps.
